All patients have to do to be able to consult online with their clinician is follow a few short, easy steps online to register.

AskMyGP is available to use Monday-Friday. Routine requests, medication queries and administrative queries can be submitted during our core hours 8 – 6.30pm.

Routine requests will be triaged by our clinical team, and you may receive a reply on the same day. If not, we will respond within 1 - 3 working days. Please note that response times may vary depending on appointment availability and patient demand.

Same day acute requests will be dealt with on the day however there may be a time restriction during busy times. Should we reach capacity you will be directed to another service.

Please use this service for all Doctor appointment requests. If you do not have access to the internet you can simply call us, our receptionist will need to take some medical details and a clinician will call you back. Patients may not need to attend the practice saving valuable time and reducing the number of missed appointments. If the GP feels a face to face appointment is required then this will be offered to you.

We ask that you try to observe the “ One appointment, one problem” ethos. We strive to deal with each medical problem to the highest standard and this proves to be impossible if we are asked to deal with a number of problems in one appointment.

Please note all appointments with our nursing team have remained the same and must be booked in advance.

All of our registered patients are asked to use this service and you can use the service if you are a parent or carer. Please note however, that we may need permission from the patient to discuss their medical information with you.
