Sally is our specialist diabetes nurse
We have a clinic room which is run by our practice nurses and is available for appointments from 9.00 am – 5.35 pm Monday to Friday.
Health promotion and disease management clinics for diabetes, hypertension asthma, smoking cessation, HRT checks and contraceptive pill checks are available.
It is possible to make an appointment to see our nurse when you want a repeat prescription for the contraceptive pill, HRT or when you need an asthma, hypertension or diabetes check up.
Please let the receptionist know which service you require and she can arrange a suitable appointment together with the prescription, if necessary.

Our district midwives attend our antenatal clinics and visit our patients at home.
Messages may be relayed to the midwives by phoning Grantham Hospital on Grantham 565232 and asking for the midwives office.
Our patients who are confined to their homes and need nursing assistance may arrange with their doctor for a district nurse to call.
The hospital may also arrange this for people still requiring nursing care after a stay in hospital.
District nurses can be contacted on Grantham 567352.
